The first thing to talk about is the aesthetics, and I think Hathaway have done a decent job to make it appeal to the casual player.
It is packed with a premium look but at a fairly low purchase price.

Although it comes with all the accessories you need to get you started, they are only standard pieces of equipment, and lack real quality.
With that being said, casual and beginner players will get by just be fine with them.
If you find you are playing more regularly, or getting serious about your game, and you can invest in better equipment at anytime.
Recovering the Table
The quality of the playing cloth is questionable at best, as it can feel a little slow, and also tends to burn easily.
If you can, use a spare piece of cloth for breaking, as this is where the most visible burn marks will appear.
It is also very difficult to recover the table, however, to be honest not many people would bother, considering how inexpensive the table is in the first place.
The cost of recovering a pool table, would almost be as much as the table itself, and really wouldn’t be worth it.
